Description
The City seeks a qualified planning firm to serve as its long-term municipal planning partner. Services include supporting the Planning Commission and other city bodies; reviewing site plans, planned unit developments, special land uses, rezoning requests, variances, subdivisions, and mixed-use projects; and assisting with master planning, land-use policy, capital planning coordination, housing policy, and downtown initiatives. The scope also includes drafting zoning amendments and other ordinances, facilitating workshops and community engagement, and providing additional planning services as requested. Proposals must separate qualifications from the cost proposal; pricing will be reviewed only after the most qualified firms are identified. The requested pricing options are monthly retainers for 20 hours and for 10 hours without meetings, plus hourly professional-services rates.
