Description
The City seeks a consultant to comprehensively update its land development code. Work includes reviewing and revising zoning and land development regulations, removing outdated, duplicative, or conflicting provisions, improving development review procedures, and aligning the code with the adopted Comprehensive Plan and applicable Florida statutes. The consultant will support public engagement and coordinate with City staff, prepare draft ordinances, and present materials to relevant advisory bodies and the City Commission through adoption.
