This special notice is for information and planning purposes and is not a solicitation for proposals or quotations. The U.S. Air Force is seeking industry feedback regarding comprehensive grounds maintenance services, including maintenance of improved, semi-improved, unimproved, and airfield/Bird Aircraft Strike Hazard areas; mowing, edging, trimming, weed and pest control, irrigation, fertilization, aeration, lawn repair, debris removal, drainage ditch maintenance, and maintenance of vegetative, inert, and rock beds. The draft performance work statement also includes tree pruning, tree and stump removal, emergency and special-event services, planting, airfield coordination and communications, hazardous-materials and pesticide compliance, quality control, scheduling, and related reporting. Interested contractors may attend the site visit, submit questions, and provide attendee/base-access information using the attached EAL Grounds template. The notice expressly states that it does not constitute an RFP or RFQ and does not guarantee a future solicitation.
