Description
The Massachusetts Trial Court is soliciting a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to replace Boiler Number 2 at the Roderick Ireland Courthouse. The requested replacement is one Aerco Benchmark natural-gas-powered boiler and must be compatible with the existing proprietary Aerco Boiler Sequencer. The solicitation includes a scope of work, general bid form, payment bond form, prevailing-wage requirements, standard contract documents, non-collusion certificate, and contractor authorized-signatory form. A pre-bid walkthrough is scheduled for September 23, 2026.
