The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is seeking consulting services to assist in the development of a Greater Springfield Traffic and Wayfinding Analysis. The analysis will assess the impacts of MGM Springfield on the region. The contract is expected to start October 1, 2026, and services will be needed through June 30, 2027. The PVPC will be the awarding and contracting authority. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on September 16, 2026.
