Description
The Public Hospitals Authority is soliciting proposals for 14 new commercial kitchen units and standard accessories to replace equipment at Rand Memorial Hospital. The equipment schedule includes reach-in refrigerators and freezers, propane ranges and griddle range, electric hot food tables, a propane fryer, and a conveyor dishwashing machine. Equipment must be new, current-production, commercial or institutional grade, suitable for hospital food-service use, compatible with site utilities, and supported by manufacturer documentation, certifications, warranties, and service arrangements. Proponents must provide separate supply-only and supply-and-installation options. The installation option includes site verification, delivery and internal movement, assembly, qualified-trade utility connections, testing, commissioning, staff training, and close-out documentation. Proposals must address all line items or clearly identify a partial offer, include pricing and technical compliance schedules, manufacturer data sheets, deviations, delivery and implementation plans, warranty and service information, references, and evidence of insurance and post-award performance-security capability.
