Description
Polk County Public Schools is soliciting bids for a one-year contract to furnish small equipment and supplies for its School Nutrition program. The scope includes commercial foodservice and kitchen items such as cookware, pans, food-storage containers, serving utensils, cutlery, measuring equipment, thermometers, trays, gloves, towels, cleaning supplies, mops, brooms, brushes, waste receptacles, and related products. The bid lists estimated quantities for 91 line items and permits equivalent products that meet or exceed the specifications, subject to the district's evaluation. Bidders must provide pricing and brand/model information on the supplied Bid Form and Specifications, include delivery and handling in their prices, and submit the required acknowledgments, certifications, affidavits, and related forms.
