Description
The School District of Springfield R-12 is soliciting competitive online bids for nutrition-services equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, blast-chilling, shelving, and food-storage equipment. The equipment is to be delivered and installed or made fully functional at multiple district facilities, including Gray Elementary, Fulbright Early Childhood Center, Central High School, and the General Services Center. Bidders must submit responses through the electronic bidding system; emailed and faxed copies will not be accepted. Questions must be directed to the buyer of record through that system, and all related correspondence, including questions, answers, responses, and addenda, will become part of the resulting agreement. The solicitation identifies no pre-bid conference and no bid bond.
