Description
Lone Star College System is soliciting vendors to provide commercial kitchen equipment repair, replacement, and maintenance on an as-needed, system-wide basis. The resulting arrangement will support purchases by the System’s campuses and departments, with unit pricing and a shelf or catalog discount for additional items not specifically listed. Requested pricing includes routine, emergency, and after-hours labor; parts and manufacturer-component markups; water, ventilation, and related filtration filters; quarterly preventive maintenance by equipment category or location; emergency service-call or trip charges; and equipment replacement pricing covering labor, removal, disposal, and installation. The System may make multiple awards and purchase some or all items. Prices and discounts are intended to remain effective for up to three years, with two additional one-year renewal options by mutual agreement.
