Description
Harmony Public Schools is soliciting proposals for custom promotional materials supporting two projects: Apply Harmony Festival school materials and Harmony Welcome Box contents. Proposals must cover both projects; partial bids are not accepted, although Harmony may make separate awards if it determines that doing so is in its best interest. The festival scope includes printed flyers and decals, one-sided weather-resistant vinyl banners with grommets, one-sided yard signs with H-stakes, double-sided feather flags with ground stakes, plain latex balloons, removable vinyl car decals, and staff spirit shirts. The Welcome Box scope includes 15,000 boxes using one selected box tier, personalized welcome cards and certificates, an approximately 12-page booklet, water bottles, hard-enamel lapel pins with the Harmony logo, and other branded contents. HPS will provide print-ready artwork for most items, while vendors may be asked to provide design options for selected items. Vendors must price each project using an itemized structure, show shipping separately, personalize materials using student data, and deliver festival materials to designated rooms at HPS locations and Welcome Boxes in three anticipated batches to families. The response must include company information, technical approach, product quality and specifications, a visual portfolio, experience and at least three recent references with contact information, pricing and long-term value, project coverage, and any deviations or exceptions. The resulting contract is expected to have a three-year initial term beginning December 14, 2026, with up to two additional one-year terms.
