Description
South Metro Housing Options is requesting proposals for seasonal snow removal and de-icing services at six residential properties comprising eight buildings. The initial service period is October 15, 2026, through April 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional seasonal contracts at the organization's discretion. The contractor must provide all labor, vehicles, equipment, spreaders, shovels, snow blowers, fuel, and supervision needed to clear driving lanes, parking areas, fire lanes, access points, entryways, stairs, ADA ramps, sidewalks, pathways, mail kiosk access routes, and emergency exits. The contractor will apply buyer-provided salt and must mobilize automatically for accumulations of one inch or more, maintain required access during storms, and meet specified morning response times. Proposals must include itemized pricing, mobilization and completion timeframes, assigned equipment and crew sizes, payment terms, and at least three commercial or multifamily residential references with detailed contact and contract information.
