Description
The Bureau of Reclamation requires a contractor to inspect and repair or fully replace the flat roof at the San Luis Lakes Pumping Plant. The work includes demolition and disposal of the existing roofing system as applicable; repair or replacement of damaged membrane, flashing, decking, insulation, drains, and other structural components; correction of ponding and drainage deficiencies; installation of a new roofing system if replacement is directed; protection of ongoing pumping-plant operations; and cleanup and restoration. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and related costs. The work also includes safety planning, project scheduling, technical submittals, as-built drawings, warranty information, and compliance with applicable construction, environmental, security, and prevailing-wage requirements. The solicitation seeks a single firm-fixed-price purchase order using comparative best-value evaluation based on technical approach, relevant experience/past performance, and price. Offerors must submit up to three comparable roofing-project examples completed within the past five years, including customer references, and must complete the applicable pricing schedule for either repair or replacement. The contract period of performance is December 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027.
