Description
El Paso County School District No. 8 is requesting proposals for scalable internet service delivered to its Technology Service Center. Proposals must include recurring and non-recurring pricing for bandwidth levels of 8, 10, 15, and 20 Gbps, with upgrade lead times and any construction, equipment, amendment, or other requirements identified. The proposed service must support commencement by December 21, 2027, without interruption to internet service, and must include a complete proposed contract, cost proposal, implementation approach, support and service-level information, and three relevant references. The selected provider must be an eligible Schools and Libraries (E-Rate) service provider, provide a SPIN number, and agree to the SPI invoicing method using FCC Form 474. The base service must include one contiguous, publicly routable IPv4 /25 address block for the District's exclusive use. Optional DDoS mitigation and other services may be proposed separately. Proposals must be submitted digitally by email; mailed and faxed proposals are not accepted.
