Description
The City of Pueblo is soliciting a qualified commercial plumbing or mechanical contractor to replace eight obsolete actuator valves serving the hot-water circulation loop in the Wastewater Reclamation Facility Administration Building. The work includes furnishing new Johnson Controls Series M100 actuator valves, or approved equals where permitted, along with adapters, fittings, transformers, wiring, controls, supports, insulation repairs, and related materials. The contractor must assess existing conditions, remove and dispose of the obsolete valves, install and integrate the replacements with the existing HVAC and thermostat-control systems, perform wiring or programming as needed, test and calibrate the system, provide a commissioning report and maintenance-staff training, and complete final inspection and cleanup. Equipment and materials must be delivered within 30 days of award, and work must be completed within 60 days after delivery. The bid requires specifications, descriptive literature, warranty information, references, and responses to the electronic vendor questionnaire.
