Description
The City of Pueblo is soliciting bids for roadway and signalization improvements on State Highway 45A (Pueblo Boulevard), including installation of new traffic signal poles, signal heads, controller equipment, pedestrian push buttons, vehicle-detection cameras, CCTV, fiber-optic communications, electrical conduit, pull boxes, and related signal infrastructure at the CO 45A and Mirror Avenue intersection. The work also includes raised median construction east and west of Mirror Avenue; excavation and Class 6 aggregate base; asphalt removal, milling, patching, and overlay; concrete sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, patterned median concrete, pavement markings, signs, erosion and sediment controls, utility coordination, traffic control, construction surveying, and public-information services. The contractor must self-perform at least 30% of actual labor or trade work, complete the work within 180 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, provide a 5% bid guarantee, and furnish payment and performance bonds each equal to at least the full contract price after award.
