Description
The New York State Office of Mental Health's Central Office is seeking a qualified vendor for a Purchase Authorization contract allowing personnel to purchase 14 customizable promotional products on an as-needed basis. All items must support printing the designation "NYS 988 Promo," and vendors must bid on every listed item to be eligible for award. The products include stress relievers, fidget items, pens, beanies, T-shirts, baseball hats, stickers, magnets, notebooks, canvas bags, hand sanitizer, ceramic mugs, and plastic shopping bags. Addendum #3 changes the proposal submission deadline from September 10, 2026, to September 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM ET. The anticipated contract term remains October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031. The solicitation includes SDVOB, MBE, and WBE subcontracting goals of 6%, 16%, and 14%, respectively; the DBE goal is 0%.
