Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction is soliciting an agency-specific term contract for as-needed delivery of 100% polyester, 60-inch double-knit pique fabric in multiple colors and matching 100% polyester rib-knit collars in 16-, 18-, and 21-inch lengths. The fabric must meet specified weight, width, shrinkage, wicking, dyeing, finish, crocking, flammability, packaging, and quality requirements; collars must meet corresponding material, color, sizing, and performance specifications. No minimum or maximum quantities are guaranteed. The vendor must provide samples before bid opening, maintain minimum inventory in the continental United States, deliver within 30 days of purchase-order notification, provide manufacturer authorization and warranty documentation, and submit required lab test reports and safety data sheets with shipments. Responses must be submitted through the Ariba Sourcing Tool and include the completed execution pages, applicable addendum receipts, required vendor responses, pricing form, customer references, worker-location disclosure, financial-condition certification, and alcohol/drug-free workplace policy acknowledgment.
