Description
The Judicial Council of California seeks proposals from hotels or conference centers to host its Appellate Staff Institute. The selected venue must provide sleeping rooms, meeting and function rooms, meals, and food and beverage service for a conference scheduled for one of four date options in October 2027. Proposals must address room availability and rates, meeting-space configurations and rates, customized menus and meal pricing, taxes and surcharges, parking, internet, concessions, and transportation options. The proposal form also requests details about accessibility, renovations, audio-visual arrangements, and other hotel policies and services. The response must include the completed technical and cost proposal form, the required certifications and business documentation, and the bidder’s acceptance of the contract terms. A redlined version of the terms and a written explanation are required if the proposer takes exceptions. Capacity charts, floor plans, scaled diagrams, and an audio-visual price list are requested as supporting materials.
