Description
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires a block of hotel rooms for up to 20 guests during two periods: November 29–December 19, 2026, and February 21–March 7, 2027. The hotel must be within a 10-kilometre driving radius of Ottawa International Airport and provide single-occupancy rooms with queen or king beds, private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, workspaces, mini-fridges, and other specified amenities. Daily hot breakfast, at least 15 parking spaces, and shuttle service to and from the airport throughout the day are required. The contractor must also provide daily housekeeping, access to hotel amenities and laundry facilities, and early check-in and late check-out when needed (or secure luggage storage if those are unavailable). Bidders must submit current brochures and/or photographs demonstrating compliance with the room, breakfast, location, and parking requirements. Selection is based on the lowest-priced bid that meets all mandatory technical criteria.
