Description
The Bureau of Reclamation is soliciting pest control services at the Eastern Colorado Area Office, Flatiron Powerplant and associated buildings, Loveland Service Area, Pole Hill Powerplant, Big Thompson Powerplant, and Big Thompson Communications Building in Larimer County, Loveland, Colorado. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision, and supplies; inspect facilities; perform preventative pest-control measures; service rodents, insects, spiders, wasps, hornets, and bees; maintain bait stations and traps; and remove exterior nests. Services are generally required monthly during normal Federal workdays, with contractors escorted at each facility. The purchase order has a one-year base period from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, plus four one-year option periods. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable evaluation. Quotations must be submitted electronically as one PDF containing the completed price schedule, brochures, technical specifications, warranty information, and past-performance references. Amendment 0002 requires acknowledgment, changes the questions deadline to August 31, 2026, and changes the quotation deadline to September 4, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
