Description
The City of South Daytona is soliciting bids for a three-year contract covering monthly interior pest control and exterior pest, weed, and fertilizer services at multiple municipal locations. The scope includes City facilities, community centers, park buildings and restrooms, baseball and softball fields, a dog park, playgrounds, all-purpose areas, and the US1 corridor medians. Specialized treatments must include mosquito, flying-pest, mole-cricket, or flea control where specified. The contractor must be licensed and insured in Florida, use Integrated Pest Management practices, comply with applicable regulations and Environmental Protection Agency standards, provide service reports after each visit, respond to emergency requests within 24 hours, submit monthly service schedules for City approval, and provide trained and certified personnel, equipment, and materials. Pricing must identify monthly and annual service costs for each listed location.
