The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting an all-or-none provider for monthly pest control services at Lakepoint State Park. The scope includes termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, extermination, and fumigation for all park structures, with pricing submitted per month. Additional pest-control service calls may be requested as needed and must be quoted at $0.00 in the unit-price field. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative agreement value not exceeding $25,000. A mandatory site visit is scheduled at the park before submission.
