The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting all-or-none annual pest control services for Meaher State Park. The scope includes monthly pest control for all buildings, termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, extermination, fumigation, and additional infestation-related services as needed. The initial service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The agency intends to establish a multi-year agreement renewed annually, with a maximum term of five years and a cumulative value not exceeding $25,000. Pricing, products, services, specifications, and deliverables must remain consistent throughout the agreement.
