Description
Harris County Toll Road Authority is soliciting proposals for right-of-way and facility mowing, landscaping, and litter removal services across Sections I, II, and III. The requested work includes roadside and grounds maintenance, litter removal, safety and worksite compliance, and submission of section-specific pricing and proposal packages. The contract is expected to begin on or about February 1, 2027, and continue for one year. Proposers must submit required bid-security materials, acknowledgments, certifications, insurance documentation, wage and safety forms, a litigation questionnaire, MWBE participation materials, vendor disclosures, section-specific pricing, and a proposal package for each section bid. Submissions are prepared through the electronic procurement system, which requires supplier registration.
