Description
Harris County is soliciting proposals for a provider to support a 457(b) deferred compensation and Roth plan serving Harris County and the Harris County Flood Control District. The scope includes retirement planning, actuarial, employee benefit fund, accounting, billing, and payroll-related services. The submission requires acceptance of the general RFP requirements; a proposal acknowledgment; IT vendor cybersecurity acknowledgment; tax residence certification; Form 1295 Certificate of Interested Parties; proof of insurance; Harris County minimum wage policy and certification; a subcontractor listing form; a litigation questionnaire; an exceptions questionnaire; an optional value-added questionnaire; a USRA technical requirements questionnaire; and proposal sections covering transmittal, Exhibit B, implementation, legal documents, and miscellaneous materials. The questionnaires require completion of provided response templates. Submissions must be made electronically through the supplier portal.
