Description
The City of Pueblo is soliciting a qualified contractor to assess, remove, and compliantly dispose of the existing rooftop air-conditioning unit serving the lunch room in the Administration Building at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The contractor must install a new 4-ton Trane rooftop AC unit, complete the required electrical and HVAC connections, and coordinate the work with City staff to minimize operational disruption. The scope also includes testing and commissioning, staff training, and delivery of warranty and maintenance documentation. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit are scheduled at the facility, and bidders are responsible for obtaining their own measurements, photographs, and notes during the visit.
