Description
Pueblo West Metropolitan District will make final settlement with Glacier Construction LLC for the Filter 4 and 7 Rehabilitation project on October 9, 2026. Any person or organization that supplied labor, materials, equipment, tools, or other supplies used in the project and has not been paid by the contractor or a subcontractor may file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid. Claims must be filed with the Pueblo West Metropolitan District Department of Finance—Purchasing Division by October 9, 2026. This is a notice of final settlement rather than an opportunity to submit a construction proposal.
