Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Elkton, is soliciting quotations for 38 line items of subsistence food supplies for fiscal year 2027. Items include dry beans, cooking oil, oats, flour, cheeses, dressings and condiments, frozen liquid eggs, tofu, pasta, peanut butter, pastries, frozen cheese pizza, rice, bouillon, spices, canned tomatoes, and canned vegetables. The solicitation anticipates multiple awards based on pricing by line item, with awards made to responsible quoters offering conforming quotes and fair and reasonable pricing. Products must meet the detailed menu specifications, packaging, labeling, temperature, quality, and inspection requirements in the attached quote sheet and menu specifications. Deliveries must be palletized, scheduled with the receiving warehouse, and made during the stated delivery period; nonconforming or late products may be refused or require replacement at the vendor's expense. Past performance is evaluated on a go/no-go basis, including timely delivery and order accuracy and completeness. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and quotes must remain valid for 30 calendar days after closing.
