Description
The County of San Diego is seeking qualified firms to provide as-needed precast concrete manhole components used to repair or replace manholes. Required components include risers, cones, grade rings, bases, T-lock components, pipes, and related items in various sizes and configurations, as listed in the pricing schedule. The County may accept brand-name or equal products, provided the offeror supplies sufficient descriptive information to establish compliance with the requirements. Products must be delivered to the San Diego County Wastewater Collections Headquarters within one business day of order placement, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Delivery costs must be included in the quoted unit prices. The contractor must coordinate site access, provide delivery documentation, and ensure delivery personnel meet the stated licensing and safety requirements. Award evaluation will primarily consider pricing, and the contract is anticipated to run for one year with four one-year options.
