The Marengo-Union Library District is soliciting sealed proposals for concrete flatwork construction at 19714 E. Grant Highway, Marengo, Illinois. The contractor must furnish all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work described in plans prepared by Condon Engineering, dated July 14, 2026, job number Mare-23073-3. A bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, or bank draft equal to 10% of the total bid must accompany the proposal. Bids must remain valid for 60 days. Work is to commence on a mutually convenient date no later than October 26, 2026, and must be completed within 14 days of commencement, excluding curing time.
