Winnebago County is soliciting bids for the construction of a mental health addition to the Juvenile Detention facility. The project includes all work associated with the addition as described in the contract documents dated May 18, 2026, and modified by Addendum No. 1 issued June 2, 2026. The addendum provides clarifications and includes sign-in sheets from the pre-bid meeting. The project is located at 5350 Northrock Drive, Rockford, IL 61103.
