The City of Oregon, Illinois, is soliciting design-build proposals from qualified companies to convert an existing storage room into an office space. The contractor will be responsible for the design, demolition, installation of new elements, renovation, and completion of the project in accordance with the Illinois State Design-Build Procurement Act.
