Description
The Village of Rockton, Illinois is conducting public hearings to consider annexation agreements, annexations, and zoning map amendments for numerous properties along Watts Avenue, N. Blackhawk Blvd., Kile Drive, and Cannell Court. Additionally, the Village is proposing text amendments to the Village Code to add regulations for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (Section 152.447) and Solar Installations (Section 152.448), including standards for building-mounted and ground-mounted solar systems, and permitting of EV charging stations in various zoning districts.
