Description
The City of Belvidere is soliciting sealed proposals for the SN 004-7002 Expansion Joint Replacement project in Belvidere, Illinois. Specification and proposal forms will be available from the Director of Public Works. Proposals will be issued only to contractors able to present an Illinois Department of Transportation Eligibility Certificate. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive technicalities.
