Description
Knox County Schools is seeking bids for rental, delivery, setup, and disassembly of graduation-event equipment, including stages, risers, stage legs, black turf, side and back stage components, pipe and drape, and white folding chairs. The primary stage specification is 16 feet wide by 32 feet deep and 24 inches tall, with handicap-accessible ramps meeting applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The solicitation lists 25 bid items, including separate stage components and related event equipment. The contract is for the period beginning January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2027.
