Description
Anderson County Government is soliciting sealed bids for construction work to upgrade and replace the existing fire alarm and fire safety infrastructure at Clinton High School. The project includes renovation of the school’s existing fire alarm system and related infrastructure. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for prime bidders, while subcontractor representatives are invited and encouraged to attend. Contract documents may be obtained for bidding purposes from the architect upon payment of a nonrefundable $25 deposit for one USB flash drive containing PDF drawings and specifications. Bid documents are also restricted to AGC East Tennessee members through the plan room’s login system.
