Description
UT-Battelle, LLC, which manages and operates Oak Ridge National Laboratory for the Department of Energy, seeks one modular three-phase uninterruptible power supply system or domestic equivalent. The requested system is a Vertiv Liebert APM2 or equal, rated at 100 kVA/kW with 480V input and output, 480V three-wire plus ground wiring, single input, top cable entry, front-to-top airflow, and 60 Hz input to 50 Hz output. The system must include integrated input and output breakers, specifically three breakers identified as RIB, BIB, and MIB, along with integrated monitoring capability. The specified configuration includes network and relay monitoring interfaces for SNMP, Modbus, BACnet, environmental sensors, and alarm contacts. Other stated features include a transformer-free modular architecture, static bypass switch, emergency power-off capability, front service access, and applicable electrical safety listings. The buyer requests a firm-fixed-price quote with a proposed delivery schedule, a completed and signed abbreviated Representations and Certifications form, and a separate exceptions/non-compliance section or an explicit statement that no exceptions are taken. Award will be based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable proposal.
