Description
The City of Sevierville, Tennessee is soliciting bids from a single prime contractor for construction of approximately 1,700 linear feet of six-inch force main sewer. Approximately 700 linear feet must be installed trenchless using horizontal directional drilling. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals, and construction necessary to deliver the system complete, in place, and ready to operate. Bids are unit-price proposals submitted on the provided bid forms. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds. The project has an expected duration of 150 days to substantial completion. Bidding documents must be obtained through the designated Duncan Parnell Bid Room, and prospective bidders must purchase the documents and be listed on the official Plan Holders' List for their bids to be opened.
