Description

Mercy High School is soliciting proposals for modernization of its internal network across four intermediate distribution frames and an existing main distribution frame. The scope includes replacing and expanding edge switching capacity to at least 480 active access ports, providing PoE+ capability and 10 Gbps fiber uplinks, and integrating with the existing core infrastructure. The solicitation prefers HPE/Aruba equipment but permits equivalent enterprise-grade alternatives. The project also includes refreshing or replacing 99 wireless access points, providing centralized controller or management architecture, integrating with existing authentication and network-management systems, and expanding high-density wireless coverage in a 1,300-seat auditorium for 650 concurrent devices.
