Description
Mercy High School is soliciting proposals for its internal broadband network, including switches, wireless access points, controllers, required licenses and modules, one-year warranty and support, installation, and professional services. Vendors may propose equivalent manufacturers and products meeting the stated specifications. The solicitation permits multiple procurement models, including a guaranteed-sum purchase, multi-year capital or operational lease, Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS), and Network-as-a-Service (NaaS). MIBS proposals may include third-party operation, management, monitoring, proactive maintenance, equipment ownership, and installation; NaaS proposals may bundle hardware, software licensing, cloud management, lifecycle refreshes, and operational support. Vendors may bid one or more options and must complete the applicable Excel bid attachment, including manufacturer, model, description, quantity, unit and extended prices, installation costs, and E-rate-eligible costs.
