Description

Mercy High School is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive internal network modernization. The scope includes replacement and expansion of edge switching across four distribution closets to provide at least 480 active access ports, PoE+ capability, and 10 Gbps fiber uplinks; replacement or refresh of 99 wireless access points; wireless controller or cloud-management architecture; and high-density wireless coverage for a 1,300-seat auditorium supporting approximately 650 concurrent devices. HPE Aruba equipment is preferred, although equivalent enterprise-grade alternatives may be proposed. The awarded vendor must provide end-to-end implementation, including predictive and passive RF surveys, configuration migration and integration with existing Aruba Mobility Conductor, ClearPass, and AirWave systems, equipment staging and installation, structured cabling and cable management, cutover support, removal and disposal of legacy equipment, as-built documentation, training, warranty terms, and optional ongoing support. Bidders must submit pricing for equipment, licenses, support, installation, and E-rate-eligible costs, along with a completed Excel bid attachment and the required company qualifications, financial statements, and client references. A 60-month lease option with a one-dollar buyout must also be priced.
