Description
Avondale School District is soliciting sealed bids for structured cabling systems at its Early Childhood Center under Bid Package No. T7. The work is subject to the project’s bidding documents and requires compliance with State of Michigan prevailing-wage requirements. Each bid must include a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement, an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance, proof that the contractor and subcontractors are registered with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, and a proposal guarantee payable to Avondale School District in an amount of at least 5% of the base bid. The guarantee may be a certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or bid bond issued by a company licensed to do business in Michigan. Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds.
