Description
The contractor will provide continuous landscape and irrigation maintenance for the Prominence community. Work includes weed abatement, litter and debris removal, mulching, lawn care, shrub and tree trimming, irrigation-system inspection, programming and repairs, V-ditch and drainage-area cleaning, sidewalk and walkway cleaning, and general site cleanup. The scope covers landscaped areas, open spaces, trees, walls, paving, stairs, drainage improvements, and related site features. The contractor must provide recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual services, submit monthly and quarterly checklists and reports, and attend monthly committee meetings. Staffing requirements include at least three crew members on site for at least eight hours per week, with additional quarterly visits, and a crew member experienced with the Calsense irrigation system. The response must include a service approach, customer-support information, three relevant references from the past five years, capacity information, pricing, and insurance confirmation. The solicitation also requires a cover letter and specified certifications. A valid City business license is required of the selected contractor, and the solicitation lists relevant landscape-maintenance, pesticide-applicator, arborist/tree-worker, irrigation-system, and contractor-license qualifications.
