Description
Alameda County seeks authorized dealers to provide the option to purchase and deliver new, current-model Dodge vehicles or approved equivalents for use by County agencies. Requested models include the Ram ProMaster City, Ram ProMaster EV, Durango, Durango Pursuit, Chrysler Pacifica, and Pacifica Hybrid; the County may also order other models or trims. Vehicles must meet detailed equipment, safety, emissions, warranty, documentation, and delivery requirements, including delivery to County locations in Dublin, Livermore, and Oakland. Bidders must be authorized dealers for the offered makes and models and have at least three years of vehicle-sales experience. The County expects to award contracts to up to three bidders for an initial one-year term, with four possible one-year renewals. Pricing is submitted through the procurement portal, including prices for the listed vehicles and a percentage markup for unlisted models. Non-certified bidders must subcontract at least 20% of the total estimated bid amount to a certified Small Local Emerging Business (SLEB).
