The City of Gloucester is soliciting bids for Fuel Oil No. 2 under Invitation For Bid #27020. Bids must be submitted electronically through bidnet direct by Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Bid packages will be available starting Monday, June 15, 2026, on the same platform. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed to be in its best interest. The City is not responsible for late bids.
