Description
The City of Laredo is soliciting bids for a six-month supply contract for motor oil and lubricants for the Fleet Department. Bids must be submitted electronically through Cit-E-Bid, or via hand-delivery to the City Secretary's office. Mailed, telepgraphic, or facsimile proposals will not be considered. The contract may be extended for additional six-month periods, with written notification required 60 days prior to expiration. The City reserves the right to renew or re-bid the contract if appropriated funds are exhausted before the expiration date. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
