Description
The City of Providence, Department of Public Works is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver Bituminous Concrete (Hot & Cold Asphalt Mix) on an as-needed basis. This contract will replace the current "Bituminous Concrete FY25-26" contract and will be effective from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The materials are to be delivered to various locations city-wide for sidewalk and roadway projects. Bidders must adhere to detailed specifications for the mixture formula, plant operation, and automation/recordation equipment. Unit pricing must remain firm for the duration of the contract. The award will be made to the lowest qualified and responsible bidder.
