Description
The Merced County Regional Waste Management Authority (MCRWMA) is soliciting bids for the delivery of regular unleaded gasoline, R99 or R100 renewable diesel, lubricants, and diesel exhaust fluid. These deliveries are required for the operation of MCRWMA's fleet vehicles and equipment at two locations: the Highway 59 Landfill (7040 N. Highway 59, Merced, CA 95348) and the Billy Wright Landfill (17173 S. Billy Wright Rd., Los Banos, CA 93635). The contract is anticipated to commence on August 28, 2026, and end on August 27, 2029, with the possibility of up to three additional one-year extensions at MCRWMA's discretion, contingent upon funding and performance. Bids are to be submitted electronically via email by 10:30 a.m. PDT on July 20, 2026. A pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for July 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m., starting at the Highway 59 Landfill.
