Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking propane delivery services for their paint operations. The requirement is for approximately 3,000 gallons of propane, with staggered deliveries of a minimum of 400 gallons each, over a one-year period starting around June 23, 2026. Deliveries must be coordinated with a point of contact at least five business days in advance, and morning deliveries are preferred. The vendor must be able to cancel or reschedule deliveries as needed and provide their cancellation fee timeframe, hours of operation, turnaround times, and any blackout dates. Drivers must have two forms of valid identification and trucks must be free of leaks. The solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
