Description
This Request for Information seeks capability and market information from individuals or public relations firms that can provide two complementary service areas for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas. Digital content services include social media and platform management, content strategy, photography, videography, graphic design, short-form video, event coverage, digital asset management, audience analytics, and performance reporting. The work may also include rapid-response content and support for press events, subject to the office’s review and approval procedures and applicable confidentiality, privacy, security, and records requirements. Press secretary services include strategic media relations, preparing the U.S. Attorney for press engagements, coordinating interviews and press events, responding to media inquiries, reviewing public-facing communications, monitoring news developments, and advising on messaging and media strategy. The RFI requests company and contact details, business size and socioeconomic status, a capability statement and work samples, estimated timelines, rough-order-of-magnitude cost information if applicable, feedback on the draft requirements, and information about existing contract vehicles. This is market research only, not a solicitation for proposals or a commitment to award a contract.
